A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls

A Matter of Balance is an interactive award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. You will learn the skills to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Workshops include discussion, activities, and low impact exercises. If you are at least 60 years of age, join this free workshop, held once a week for eight weeks, with each session lasting 2 hours.
